Very good massage, not only relieved my back and shoulder pain but detoxified my body as well.
Swedish Massage
Good location and staff were really friendly and accommodating while I was there. Unfortunately due to not receiving a receipt with the correct massage qualifications I have been unable to claim the treatment back on my health insurance. Because of this I won't be able to book further appointment here. Would recommend for deep tissue massages but not for sports.
Sports Massage
I came in with a painful back problem and it improved after the massage (not quite in 100%, but a bit). I didn't quite enjoy the technique though. I've had painful massages in the past and this wasn't an issue here - however, my therapist, Akiko, made very fast and broad movements that were extremely tickling. I never had that problem before! It kept me on the edge the entire time and prevented me from relaxing my muscles. I spoke up about it a few times but as soon as she moved to another parts, she would fall back to the fast/broad movements again. I understand someone else may prefer this style, but it didn't really work for me.
Deep Tissue Massage
The room was nice. The masseuse was lovely, but sadly the massage not as great. The owner/front of house guy not very welcoming.
