Louise and Ben were lovely, very happy with my haircut from Ben! Would recommend popping in to the salon beforehand for a consultation on what you're hoping to achieve with colour, and show a few pics, as the colour result was quite a surprise and not what I was hoping for. The salon allocated 1 hour for balayage so they were pressed for time, especially when it came to applying toner.
