The visit was very straight forward, location easy to find downstairs at House of Frasier and felt quiet and calm despite its location in the heart of London's Oxford Street. It would be noce if the waiting area had jugs of water, some magazines or fruit as an extra touch considering it is not a cheap service. The therapist was very nice, professional, well presented and knowledgeable and answered all my concerns.

Not worth the money at all. I can do the same at home. They rub some products over you, leave you for 15mins whilst the mask sets and in the meantime rub oil up and down your arm (calling this a massage..)
