Very dedicated and personalised treatment by Natasha who immediately identified all problem areas both facially and lifestyle. Very relaxing and thorough treatment, including wonderful hand and shoulder massages. Surprisingly relaxing atmosphere beneath the business of the department store - not quite as soothing as a hotel spa of course, but the treatment itself is second to none.

I visited on Friday afternoon and had such high expectations... the actual facial was lovely. The beautician was helpful and guided me through what I needed. But ive woken up on Sunday and my face is still red and I have pimple spots over my jaw area. Didn't expect the results to be this bad. People talk about samples, I didn't receive any. I was told to come back in 3 weeks which unfortunately I will be cancelling my appointment. I expected such better results, really disappointed.

The Murad facial was fabulous. My skin was refreshed and glowing after the treatment. The heating facial bed was very comfortable. I also had a hand treatment - wonderful. Overall, great value.
