The ambience & the staff was wonderful. The treatment was good as well, the face felt amazing after but i would have wished that the facial itself has been a little bit more rigorous. Instead of the head massage maybe more time for the extraction. But all together the facial was great and i will come back.

They couldn't find my client notes from previously, so I had to complete the form again. Timings were tight for me that day, so I didn't really appreciate the delay. I wasn't sure that the treatment was as effective as I've had before, but the therapist was nice.
