Not the most luxurious spa I have been to (the WC are right next to the treatment room). However, the treatment itself was good. Although red and blotchy for the first day, a few days after I noticed i difference in skin. Will return but only because of the results.

I really love Murad products and being based in HoF on Oxford St is an ideal central location. The facialist seemed really knowledgeable and the room was spacious and relaxing.

Booked in for a last minute facial and it's was fantastic! Really relaxing and nourishing for my skin. Currently 9 months pregnant and this was a great way to relax. The therapist was incredibly professional, knowledgable and comforting. Would highly reccomend and excellent value for money.

Amazing from start to finish. I get facials pretty regularly and have been going to multiple places as I hadn't yet found one that was 'just so'.
As soon ! walked into the treatment room I was impressed with the level of light (not bright but not too dim), the lay out (especially how they have set up the bed to be nice and cosy) and the smell of the room was just divine. Unlike at other places, the therapist here doesn't leave you alone in the room at all. Instead she gives you full value for money and relaxation by using all the time in your appointment. When I had masks on she gave me an amazing deep tissue massage on my shoulders/neck/arms/hands and even put a mask on my hands as well (at many places I have been to they just walk out while you're having a mask set/steam and don't come back until it's time to wash it off). She really worked out the knots (looking forward to coming back for a full massage after that!)! A really thorough extraction was done as well. While i was having the treatment she let me just relax and zone out, only talking to me when she wanted to let me know she was about to do something that might give me a surprise (like when they use the spray on your face). She gave me after care advice as well and didn't try to sell me any products.
At this venue I was given the best experience that I have had in London at a beauty salon and I am really looking forward to going back. I highly recommend this to anyone that wants both a relaxing experience and a high quality facial.
