It was my first facial treatment at Murad and Natasha was my therapist. I really enjoyed the facial treatment, including a brief shoulder massage. She advised me what kind of treatments I should get next time at the end of the session, which was very helpful. I would like to highly recommend Murad facial treatments.

This was my second visit to the murad beauty room here and I am truly in love with this brand. The difference in my skin is amazing I was grateful for the information my therapist gave me. Marciela is a lovely lady, very knowledgable and truly wonderful at her job. She recommended a different facial for my skin which I aprecciated as she came across as she truly cared about me and my skin needs. Thanks and I will be back again. X

This was my first Murad facial and I really loved it. The room was very relaxing and the bed was warm. I had the blemish control facial and the therapist suggested a Vitamin C facial would be best for my skin. The extraction was perfect, my skin feels fresh and clean. Really enjoyed it and I highly recommend it. Great value for money also.
Overall experience was excellent. Only thing was the Wahanda special price was £30 whilst the in store price was £25!!! When I asked about the price difference I was told that the price list was being updated. In addition Wahanda quoted that the treatment would last 40 minutes whilst the paperwork I was given before my treatment stated that it was only 30 minutes. Not sure why the detail's don't match up.

I'm extremely impressed with the facial and the value. My therapist was excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable. She easily answered all my questions and I was very happy with the treatment that she customised for my skin. The room is cosy and clean with relaxing music. I also got a nice hand and arm massage.
