1st visit to the Murad beauty rooms in the house of fraser and was brought to a small room at the back of the store which is serene and ultra calming. I am particular with my choices and satisfaction and must confess that I was pleased. My therapist Marciella was calming and attentive. i did suprisingly nod off halfway through. She seemed knowledgeable about skin and her fingers worked like magic. I would reccomend this. I will be revisiting.
As always a brilliant facial from a great therapist. My skin looks refreshed and glowing even after this express facial. I always find the experience relaxing and love the added bonus of an arm and shoulder massage while the mask is working its magic. Will of course be back soon!

The therapist was Maricela was lovely - taking time to understand my skin concerns before doing a thorough job of extraction - very pleased with the result. A neck shoulder, hand and arm massage was also provided, which was most relaxing.

natasha did a great job on my cleansing facial. She gave me great advice for my skin and her extractions left my skin feel super clean!
