This was my second visit to the Mural facial room in House of Fraser and this time I had the Exfoliator Anti-Ageing Facial. To my surprise my skin was neither irritated nor red at the end of the session.

The facial was excellent. Despite the fact that it included extractions and left the skin much clearer, it was also very soothing and did not have trouble going to meetings later on in the day. I will go back.

Facial was great and the therapist was very knowledgeable and kind. The only downside is the location of the beauty rooms being near the shoes, and there was a child outside screaming for about 20 mins of the service which really ruined the chance of relaxation.

My first murad facial and I really liked the room. It was very relaxing and the bed was warm. I had the blemish control facial and the therapist suggested a vitamin c facial would better suit my skin type so will try that next. I would have preferred a more conscientious extraction as when I got home I did note I still had some congested pores, whcih I would not have expected.
