Lovely facial, great beautician in a nice environment. The only thing is that it was advertised as 1 hr 10 mins treatment but it actually lasted about 50 mins. Overall great experience with great results, many thanks!

I would highly recommend this facial. First you have a skin analysis taken from a photograph which measures your trouble areas in percentages.
This is then given to the therapist no makes a treatment based on your skin type.
The facial itself is very relaxing and left my skin very polished and clean.
Of course if you want to see maximum results you must go often.

Second time going, again Natasha is the best! She is so knowledgeable about individual skin needs and recommends treatment based on what she sees. Definitely making this a regular treatments, my skin is improving so much thanks to her!

The salon is hidden beneath the store and is a world away from the bright lights of the shop floor. Was a lovely room, comfortable and warm. Can't fault the therapist at all - she was very professional and gave a great leg massage. But essentially, that was really the essence of the treatment. My legs did feel nice afterwards but I think I would rather invest in the body creams and just visit the salon for their facials. I got a great deal as I booked at the last minute and got it half price. The therapist told me they do this two hours before the treatment slot if there is space available, so if your timings are flexible, keep your eyes out for these last minute deals.
