Had a man facial with Natalie -- my first so I was a bit nervous. She was professional and the results were really good. Very relaxing. Would definitely recommend!
I had an deep cleansing facial, which was very efficient. I have pretty tricky skin, so no magic happened, but it was better than many other previous facials I had. The only real negative thing was that there were some confusion on where to meet before the treatment (the therapist waited for me at the Murad counter, and I waited outside the treatment rooms), but those types of thing happens. Overall opinion: Very good value for money, but not the most amazing experience!

Natasha was extremely patient and accommodating even when there was a mix up on the facial timing.
Although the face didn't seem as cleaned up as my previous deep-cleansing facials and there was a little bit of hard sell on Murad products, I will be going back again for another round.

It's my second facial with Natasha and feeling happy to find this place. The therapist is very caring and attentive, always give me good advice and her hand massage is very relaxing. This is my number one place for a facial now.

The best facial treatment I ever had.
After a skin analysis, therapist Natasha recommended that I needed a deep cleanse and more hydration. The treatment was excellent, my skin felt absolutely incredible, soft and rejuvenated right after.
Natasha was brilliant and admirably experienced, I also enjoyed the massage very much.
Outstanding customer service and cleanness. The treatment room has a lovely ambience and relaxing music.
Murad's products made a big difference and felt great on my skin when applied.
I already booked my next 2 sessions and can't wait to go back! Thank you Natasha!
