Overall an average experience. I booked the 5 in 1 anti-ageing peel with add-on back massage. The massage was the best bit, got lots of knots out. The room was nice and relaxing but the bed was way too hot, even after asking the therapist to turn it down, I still got a heat rash on my legs. The facial itself was no better than any other facial I've had for half the price. The extractions were quite uncomfortable and afterwards I still had lots of blackheads. Also, whatever was used to cleanse my skin contained alot of alcohol which really stung and I have broken out quite badly after the facial. I also did not like the way the therapist was trying to sell me products at the end of the treatment.

Good facial and friendly staff. Would have liked more time spent on extractions, as this was my priority for getting the facial and I didn’t see any improvement, but appreciate that it might take more than one visit.
