Getting to Murad is a little confusing as you weren't told in advance that you need to go to their beauty stand on the ground floor and then they accompany you down to the beauty rooms on the lower ground floor. But when there the service and treatment was amazing! My beauty therapist was really lovely and explained everything to me along the way. The treatment room was really relaxing and my skin felt incredible after the treatment!
