The girls were nice but the lash lift was dreadful. They literally did not lift at all. I was very disappointed. I immediately emailed to complain and they took ages to reply and kept asking for pictures. Eventually they agreed that the lash lift was rubbish, but then told me that I was too late for a refund. They conveniently forgot to tell me that I needed to ask for a refund within 48 hours and took time on purpose to prevent me from having one.

Amazing LVL lashes! Anisa is fantastic, really friendly, lashes are done perfectly
First proper haircut since January 2020 so was much needed. Also my first time at Muse. A nice welcome and no waiting. Social distancing and COVID protocols all in place. I felt very safe the whole time in the salon. Sara very professional, lovely head massage and very very happy with the cut. I will be going back and highly recommend.
