Yet again visiting muse of London was lovely. Nikki was lovely and welcoming. The receptionists always lovely, the new one fits in well as she was so lovely and bubbly. As for my hair yet again I love it, shiny, the perfect colour (which they remembered) and only stick to glossing now since my previous visit with Sara who done an amazing job. I don’t live near the salon but will defo make the journey. Only downfall was The shampoo/conditioner set was on offer and I knew I’d kick myself after I left that I didn’t get it, my fault! I will be back soon!! Thank you muse of London, thank you Nikki!

The therapist was making sure I was okay multiple time , I think that’s nice
The cut and colour was fine and the service was good from the stylist and colourist but I did have an issue in that i was told on arrival I would need to pay £35 extra for toner, which was in the small print on Treatwell. I opted out as i didn't feel this was a normal amount to pay for toner, where previously i have paid around £15.
