Ellie was great. She understood the look I wanted to go for and made it happen. Only thing I would say is that there was an additional £35 charge on the day for toner.. whilst this is in the small print, As a client I am not going to be overly aware of the treatment required for my hair so was not expecting this charge. Still worth it though as I love the end result!
