The staff were lovely and very friendly. I was very happy with my t section at the end which was the main thing. However the experience was a little odd. First of all I had to pay £35 extra for toner, which was a surprise. Secondly while my colour was working I was put in a waiting area. I didn't want a blow dry, but was happy with a rough dry, but I was asked if I could do it myself! It wasn't the end of the world, but it was a little odd to dry my own hair in a salon (considering the overall price was £85 for a t section). All the staff were lovely but it was a bit unusual.
This was my first visit to Muse and I was very impressed. It was easy to find an appointment from one-day to the next, and the service was quick but very well done. Happy nails!
