The staff were all very welcoming, friendly and professional. The salon itself is lovely with great decor . I was quite impressed with the stylist's suggestions and how he cut and styled my hair. Overall it was an excellent service from start to finish. I loved everything about my visit and will definitely be returning!
At Lisa Shepherd, I was welcomed by the receptionist who pointed me into the stylish salon with its waiting area stocked with magazines, (good) complementary drinks and a laptop. My stylist, Reena helped me select a style that I was happy with and understood what I wanted. She was friendly, not over-familiar, let me enjoy the silence (I'm not very chatty) and left me with a gorgeous cut that people are still commenting on. Recommended!
Lovely salon and very friendly service - came out feeling million dollars?? Would recommed to my friends and family. The Wahanda voucher was very good value for money - so am very happy with my deal. thank you Wahanda!!
Sadly I did not go here because of a money off voucher (silly me!) and I will start by saying its not the cheapest salon but having said that its a west end salon so is similar to many salons in the area! I had a whole head of highlights. My hairdresser was excellent, he spoke to me for ages about my hair and exactly how I wanted the colour, I felt he really listened and wanted to give me the colour I wanted. And he did this, I am chuffed with my colour, best I've had in a while and this shall now be my salon of choice when it comes to colour! The salon itself is really nice. Its very modern and well thought out, there is a lovely waiting area where you can help yourself to drinks - can of Sprite for me! And I whilst I was waiting for my colour to take I surfed the net on the macbook - brilliant! I really can't fault my experience here - loved it!
The first appointment of the day, I was expecting a busy salon but it was empty for a Thursday. Not all bad though, it gave me a good chance to have a good chat with my stylist about my hair. A very professional service, with modern surroundings and nice waiting area. I went for a £20 promotional haircut and blowdry, which is a bargain for such an up-market salon. Normal prices are from £53 for a haircut/ blow dry which is on the expensive side, but this is a central London salon, and combined with the service, environment, I wouldn't expect anything less for my money. I would definately go back to this salon when i am feeling flush, or its pay day, I left the salon feeling a million dollars and that is always the best start to any girls day!
