I had my haircut at Lisa Shepard in my lunch break (I work near-by). I can't recall the name of the guy that cut my hair - but he was great - understood how my hair naturally falls and was able to cut/dry it accordingly. Also a fashionable hairdresser that is aware of and can cut up-to-date trends.
The salon itself was exceptionally well kitted out, welcoming and relaxing.
Upon arriving at Lisa Shepherd in London I was greeted and informed of where everything (drinks, toilets etc) was located. The atmosphere was good - relaxed - not as noisy and erratic as some of the other London salons. My stylist was friendly and took on board what I had asked for (although then recommended a different cut). I was pleased with the cut for the money I paid, but am not sure I would pay full price to return. I felt that the appointment was rushed. Whether this was because I was just a customer who had paid with a discount voucher, or whether they had overbooked themselves, I am not sure. Halfway through the cut the next customer had arrived and so I was left sitting in the chair (understandable) however, upon returning, my stylist then rushed through the cut (at the most important parts, such as the fring and front shaping layers). Although the overall cut was nice, I feel that I was guided away from what I initially wanted as it would have taken longer. Would return, but definitely not if paying the full price.
Lovely staff and great venue. She coudn't cut my hair much as the previous hairdresser had made such a mess but she did a really good job with a trim. Lovely hair treatment and nice spa type hairdresser where you can help yourself to drinks and magazines. Will be back.
I wouldn’t recommend this salon. I went for a trim which was fine but the hairdresser cut my fringe too short even though I said I like it long and I just wanted to trim it. Within a split second my fridge was half way on my face. I had waited so long for it to grow and was so disappointed that he wasn’t careful. Now I have to wait at least for 2 months for it to grow back.
very Nice staff and embience. Looks very professional. They give you à feeling that they know what they are talking about. Price is great would come back. My hair looked very nice after treatment.
