Very pleasant staff and nice ambience but I won’t be back. The nail technician damaged my nails by buffing it too much, Spent a lot of time and effort to get my nails back to normal.

I had a baylagage, haircut and blow dry - having not been to a salon for ages my hair was in need of a lot of TLC! Deira did an absolutely amazing job with the colour, giving me a natural look that I'm over the moon with. Roland cut and blow dried my hair, leaving my with light, bouncy waves that looked fab! Really very happy with my experience at Muse of London
Wouldn’t recommend it’s definitely not worth the money. The whole treatment was too quick and felt like an end of the day job. Also she took some of my skin off when waxing my eyebrows.

Overall had a great balayage and haircut experience. Ronald was very good - we talked about what color I wanted and he did exactly what I wanted. He also provided helpful guidance (e.g. suggesting I get the hair cut shorter at the front to frame the face). Only place to improve is the overall ambiance and cleanliness of the facilities. They should also disclose more explicitly there’s a £29 mandatory extra charge for toner, and also £29 extra charge for olaplex - the treatment that prevents hair damage from the bleach. I had to add both these onto my Treatwell price
