My daughter was seen by Luke and I left them to it, my daughter reports that he was very friendly and gave good advice as to what style would suit my daughters face. My daughter raves about the hot chocolate machine and I was offered a glass of Rose while I waited. This is a really nice hair dressers, we went mid week and had a two week wait for an appointment, this suited us as it gave us a chance to search hair styles. There is a lap top to use while you wait and all the staff are friendly. The main benefit is they did not try to pressure us to purchase additional treatments, where companies do this to promote further sales it cam also push customers away, Lisa Shephard did not do the hard sell and this was appreciated. Good cut great price and lovely experience. Thanks
The stylist was excellent, the venue was beautiful. Overall it was professional and an *incredible* value for the money. Great place. Thank you Wahanda! I would definitely recommend it to others.
Very nice people, good salon and great deal...what's not to love? My Wahanda haircut, conditioning and blow-dry at Lisa Shepherd was excellent. The salon wasn't very busy so I was attended to instantly, which was a shame since there were free drinks and great mags on offer!
I got a Wahanda voucher for haircut, blowdry and conditioning treatment. The haircut was great and the stylist really took time to understand what I like and don't like, and I felt like a valued customer. In fact, I was so pleased with the results and the stylist, that I booked an appointment for colouring as well. I'd never coloured my hair before that, but I had confidence in these guys and they sure delivered. All the staff were lovely and unpretentious, I loved everything about my experience and I'm making this my regular salon!
I am very happy about my haircut, although I have to say that, even though the voucher mentioned a hair stylist level 3, mine was level 1.
Apart from that, eveyrthing was pretty good.
