Arrived only a few minutes before my appointment time and it wasn't busy, so didn't have long to exlore the free facilities but what I saw looked good - drinks, fruit, internet, ice cream etc. After we'd had a chat and he'd had a good look at my hair, Lee, my stylist, washed and conditioned it and gave me a quick head massage. Then he cut my hair, keeping me involved in what he was doing. I left feeling really pleased but my hair was so supersoft that by the time I got home it looked floppy and shapeless - probably because it's fine and sparse and really needs thickening products. I'm not sure Lee is a level 3 stylist as it said in the advert but he was lovely, so I didn't mind. It was good at the offer price but I'm not tempted to go back.
Was ok, but not fantastic. The stylist was polite and my haircut was ok but I've had better. I would GO again of i had another offer otherwise it's a bit expensive.
Nice salon with good service and friendly atmosphere. Good advice about style prior to cutting with drinks and newspapers and magazines on offer in the waiting area. Quiet area of the city on a Saturday.
The haircut was great and the place had a nice relaxed feel about it even though they were pretty busy on the day I went. I'll be going back again :)
The salon is great but I got a bit disappointed with the hair cut. Nothing bad, just not exactly what I wanted - I looked exactly the same when i left as when i got in, just a bit tidier i guess! Okay when you are using a Wahanda voucher but I would have been well disappointed if I had to pay full price.
