Had a great experience at Lisa Shepherds.  Was greeted very quickly and was given some advice on what would suit me.  The stylist was quick, and I was very happy with the end result. Only downside I would say is the conditioning treatment wasn't left on as long as I expected it would be.
went to have a haircut and treatment on 11/6/11, i'm not 100% sure I got the treatment as the lady next to me was getting a full head massage and I was at the sink for half the time she was (so if I had the express treatment then express it surely was!) My hairdresser was named Lee, overall I have to say that I was very impressed with the cut, next time I'll go a bit shorter but that wasn't for the lack of him trying! I'd probably say that it was the best cut that I have had, I told him what I roughly wanted and he did the rest! exactly what I want from a stylist. I was even compelled to leave a tip! I would recommend this salon for a haircut, I'm not sure what their normal prices are, but for wahanda it was a true bargain!
I spent ages thinking this appointment would turn out great, apparently a top london salon- how wrong i was!!! after a two week wait for the appointment i finaly got bored of emails to no reply that they stated and rang in ye he an actual appointment!! all i wanted was to bounce up my layers but keep some length, and as id asked for blond highlights i was hopefull id get them ! lol, oh no ! instead tom gave me light brown lights that nobody could see!! the cut took 3 mins and looked the same as before but salons have that ability like the emperors new clothes to make you think u had something worthwhile done, prehaps thats the reason for strong coffee and cheep wine- it makes you feel a bit good and this salon WONT. when i went home over the week none of my friends or family noticed a thing so i felt justified to go in and ask for some actual highlights that noticed a bit more , weather out of venom or lack of experience tom then put 5 new foils in just at the front all the time (aprox 2mins) somewhat fumed that id had the cheek to ask, now was his time to get me back- the front of my hair was white blond ! do what ! all the rest mid brown, so now i look even worse YUCK!!. so annoyed i was i washed it all out myself and left hurridly, u should have seen how many people stared on the tube home. seems i need to go back to my old not nearly so posh to look at /but listen and do what you ask hairdressers in camden. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE NEVER USE THIS PLACE ITS JUNIOR STANDARD/LEARNERS OUT TO MOCK/RUIN YOUR LOCKS BECAUSE THEY DONT CARE IN THIS TREADMILL OF OVERBOOKED OVERPAID MOBSTERS OF HAIR F**KUPS, SO DO NOT USE THEM, PLEASE DONT BE THEIR NEXT MUG.
I bought this for a friend who reported she had a nice experience. The stylist was helpful and made some useful suggestions and she had a really good haircut. The stylist took plenty of time to ensure the layers were put in well and th atmosphere was relaxed
I had a lovely time on Saturday, my stylist was called Luke and he was great. He listened to me on how I wanted my hair which was a great starts as pervious experience has left a bit scared of hairdressers when they get a bit “Edward Scissors hands”. He gave me good hair advice and made me feel relax. I would recommend friends and family to go there!!
