I had a very good afternoon at Lisa Shepherd London, I really enjoyed it and I think it was a very good value for money. The staff was really nice and friendly
Wonderful atmosphere, very friendly staff, was made to feel very welcome, non pretentious, looked after my 4 year old son who was with me very well, salon looked amazing. Stylist was lovely, friendly and didn't have the usual boring pit pat chat a lot of stylists have.
the salon was nicey decorated and had a good atmosphere and place where you could get your own drink and try on makeup. i liked the waiting area and the look of the place, the staff were friendly enough and my stylist was really nice and had a good idea of what cut i wanted. it was a good enough cut and he took his time with it, its worth the price but i wouldnt pay full price for this haircut which I why I love Wahanda!
This salon is really busy, so you will have to book at least 2 weeks in advance to get a slot you want. Upon arrival, I was shown the waiting area which had all forms of refreshments available (hot drinks, soft drinks, juice, wine) and magazines and a table with a laptop (I think it's theirs) for customers who are awaiting treatment or for their treatment to be completed to pass their time. The seat was comfortable and the stylist I had (Tom) was really good with recommendations and very professional about it. I was very happy with the haircut he gave me and he also offered a free first fringe trim in order to maintain the style. With the wahanda deal, it was a really good value for money and if I could afford it, I'd happily book treatments there all the time but Tom's usual rate is in the £70 range and is way out of my price range. Definitely would recommend it if money is not an issue.
Brilliant stylist, did exactly what I wanted with my hair cut. First time in years I've felt the stylist has listened to me - even when I take along a photo of me with a previous style I've liked, and that I ask them to do again, I usually come out with something completely different from the photo! Very pleased, would go back. Only small points, and not too bothered as I was on a deal - stylist left me during the cut to attend to another customer, and didn't get the glass of wine which was supposedly included in the price.
