good place to find in the west end. Great facilities. Staff were very nice and had a nice expereience. Would definately go back to this place again. if there were some offiers on
Made an initial appt. with director Jason. Day before got text reminder naming someone else, so telephoned to discuss & at their suggestion, made further appt. with Jason & told it definately would be with him this time.
When I arrived for 2nd appt. .,no offer of Champagne, and another stylist appeared to do my hair. Questioned why Jason was not doing and after he investigated, merely stated Jason too busy !
Haircut & treatment not the best but OK.
Hair wash was uncomfortable, pulled hair, & not thorough or firm enough.
Atmosphere was very 'strange', can't put my finger on it but felt like someone either had just had bad news or , generally just not a very happy atmosphere - strangely quite is only way to describe.
An overall feeling of apathy prevailed.
The offer price was good value but don't think would go again.
The venue is in Central London with easy access, the salon is spacious, it was not busy, the staff was friendly, the only downside, I had to wait 2 months to get a space....but happy overall
Lovely salon, with great facilities (refreshments, laptops etc), and really pleased with my colour.
Only negatives I have are that I was the first appointment of the day yet there seemed to be an awful lot of hair around my feet (and all along the skirting area) and my colourist appeared to be more interested in what everybody else was doing - he'd ask me a question and while I was answering he was looking around and talking to the stylists (so I shut up!)
Ooh, and the first I knew of the massage chairs was what I read on here - didn't get told about it while I was sitting in it - would've been nice.
Friendly staff and an excellent service. Very good value for money. Will visit again!
Attentive staff and listened to what was asked for. Salon was busy but this didn't detract from the service.
