I bought this voucher because thought could have a highly professional cut for a bargain price but I was very disappointed.
To have an appointment after 6pm or week-end I had to wait over 2 months so I have taken an appointment during office hours and waited 6 weeks. When I arrived I noticed there were no waiting area so was waiting in the salon and was nicely offered a drink but could help myself in the fridge.. I did like the yellow fridge by the way.
Staff looked very young and studenty. My hairdresser was quite nice but unfortunately she didn't like the cut I choosen and kept insisting not to do it which I found quite annoying. I showed her a picture which seemed a very easy shoulder cut. I left with a short cut as she cut my hair at least 3 inches shorter than what I requested. I met a friend after my appointment who told me that my hair were badly cut and I should go back to complain. Maybe not all staff were like my hairdresser but unfortunately this was my first and last visit.
Fabulous salon!!..Great location, (5 min walk from Oxford street). All the staff are friendly & welcoming!! My hair is always done to perfection & whenever i want a style change the stylist is always on hand with a selection of looks that will suit me. All the best products..Shu Uemura, kerastaise, etc...
A very modern salon with everything for all your needs.. massage chair while you have your hair washed.. Use of an Apple Mac while you wait for your colour, latest mags, top of the range coffee machine....i enjoyed a nice chilled glass of wine or 2!! So relaxing!!
I always feel fabulous when i leave this salon.
I went to this salon to get a haircut after three months of letting my hair grow wild so I was expecting to be told off for the state of my hair but I'm happy to say that no such thing happened.
Luke did a brief consultation, was very efficient and pleasant and I left less than hour later with a great cut and a smile. I would go there again and recommend it to others.
Really great salon, nice relaxed atmosphere and a handy central location.
The hairdresser was friendly and gave me good advice about my hair and cut style.

Great, friendly service and a fun, but relaxing experience... no doubt helped by the glass of wine and magazines. A modern and stylish salon. Really happy with the cut and blow dry.
