Sara did my highlights and she knew which colour would go. She is a colour expert so she knows her stuff.
nice salon; cool drinks corner, which was very inviting.
only thing was about the blowdry- had to pay £10 for a special dry, but it was still worth it. my hair looks amazing!
The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the only thing they could improve on is offering you the glass of wine, I had to ask after I was sat down and having my hair cut which is a bit awkward - as it is part of the offer this should be done at the start. The haircut was really nice and as asked for so very happy on that front.
Far exceeded my expectations. My hair was cut by Jamie, who was brilliant! Can hardly believe how good a cut I got for the price I paid. I thought I'd get someone a lot more junior (as happened with my last Wahanda deal), but Jamie was top of his game - and very friendly as well. The treatment was lovely too. I left with a haircut I'm still very proud of. Hope to go back.
The only thing that could have been improved upon was hospitality in the waiting area. I was vaguely waved in the direction of the beverages and told to help myself, but it wasn't really obvious where things were, and I didn't fancy clunking around with crockery.
The salon is very well laid out; an inviting space. Staff are very friendly. Would definitely recommend.
HI, really enjoyed the service here as what i asked for is what was performed out of my request. staff all friendly and it was a nice and relacing environment. the place was really easy to get and i found it very easily without any trouble at all and will plan on visiting again soon.
Really friendly staff who made sure I had drinks and everything I wanted. The facilities were great and was really happy with the haircut, I just wanted a basic trim and I was really happy with the result.
