Took forever on the phone to book an appointment, but front of house were efficient and very friendly once I got there. My stylist was pretty miserable if I'm honest, although the end result was good. I went back for a an extra free fringe trim a few days later (which he suggested I do if needed) - A bit annoying that I had to book in advance for a 2 minute job and the stylist was even more begrudging that time. Bargain treatment and cut, but I won't be going back.
Fab salon right in the centre of town. Was really looking forward to giving this treatment a go and it did not dissapoint, will be booking the another one for sure.
Staff really helpful and chatty. Would not think twice about returning.
I decided to go to Lisa Shepherd because I a wahanda voucher and it is very close to work. The staff were nice and the hairdresser that cut my hair made sure I felt comfortable. I'm very fastidious with my hair but even I have to admit he did a good job with my hair. In fact the only aspect I can criticize is the price. I'll only go back if I have another wahanda voucher
It is the second time I have been to Lisa Shepherd and I have to say this place is awesome! Sara did my highlights and talked me through the colours to make suggestions of what to go for. I absolutely loved the colour and as I also wanted a base colour, they only charged me a minimal fee for the extra colour. Its just a shame that the colour was only a semi as it looked fab in my hair! I'll definitely be back for another treatment!
Bought the voucher as a present and it was a very good choice as a friend had a brazilian several months before. Would advice to buy it as a `top up` option. She looked and souded pleased and happy as with the treatment as with the service. Would buy it again.
