The staff are really friendly and my hairdresser, Tom was very approachable and listened to what I wanted and took time styling my hair, even offering a free trim cut if I changed my mind later on.
The tea-making facilities and laptop access are a nice touch and overall I was made welcome.
I bought a voucher for a semi-permanent colour and gloss. I must say I was happy with the result - but couldn't tell if I had glossier hair afterwards; the result was just a "normal" colour in my opinion. Nevertheless, excellent value for money! For that price you can't complain and the colour was nice. The ambience was geat, staff was very welcoming.
Mini Keratin Brazilian Blow ,on arrival receptionist was very attentive and made me feel welcomed ,have good facilities for making hot drinks on a cold christmas eve.Trainee and Hair stylist were very relaxing and gave alot of factual information as concerned process would not last long on my type of hair ( very curly) .Given good aftercare advice and my hair looks amazing still nearly a week later .I would definitly go back and will recommend to friiends.
Without the voucher, the prices are definitely exaggerated. Although the salon was almost empty, it took a while for a hairdresser to see me though I was offered refreshments of my choice. The highlights were ok, nothing special. The hairdresser was friendly but not the assistant. I enjoyed a the massage chair while having my hair washed. Overall, the salon looks very respectable but I can't say it lived up to my expectations.
Great venue, location, deco and facilities. First hairdresser salon I've been where they have laptops for customer use! great toutch!
Very professional staff, stylist very good, friendly and ultimately very professional. listened, advised and did what was asked. Very rarely I leave the hair salon without a tear or two as I hate losing any of my hair, even when it is split at the ends and all dried out! However, this time I felt really content and happy, refreshed and enjoyed the pampering. Very good head massage with the wash too!
Would definetely be back should another offer crop up, as full price way out of my budget!
