This is a really lovely salon. I went on a weeknight evening afterwork - it wasn't too crowded and all the staff were extremely helpful. I loved the "chill out" area where you can have a glass of wine and surf the net while you're waiting for your colour to develop - so much nicer than just sitting in your seat. My colourist was brilliant, really listened to what I wanted and the result was exactly what I'd hoped it would be. The best bit for me was the massage chairs that give you a back rub as you're getting your hair washed. Bliss!
I thought this salon was a real gem - in a great central location with impressive facilities to make it a comfortable and relaxing experience. There is a designated 'chill out' area for customers where you can help yourself to hot and cold drinks as well as use the internet or read a magazine - very simple but much more appealing than a tatty magazine and cup of tea you would get in other places!
I was booked in for the colour gloss and ten slices of highlights and despite the price I was treated like a 'real' customer, and received a few more highlights than I should have, which was great for my thick hair.
Although I definitely wouldn't pay £200+ for the treatment I was really pleased with the overall result.
I was really impressed with the ambience and welcoming nature of the salon. The girl who did my hair was lovely and the shampooist was also really good.
I left feeling relaxed and very happy with the end result - my highlights look really natural and the gloss treatment lasted a good couple of weeks!
Recommended and great value.
I went with my firend in the evening and had a great experience starting with a lovely glass of wine. We loved each of our hairdresses who were great and really friendly. We were the last ones in the salon for the evening and made to feel very pampered throughout! Thank you x
The salon is beautiful and has lots of drinks, snacks and magazines for you while you wait which makes you very relaxed. My stylist was really friendly and very chatty which was nice as it can often feel a bit awkward if they're not.
I probably would've given higher marks but i just wasn't that impressed with the haircut itself. I took a picture along which he glanced at but didn't take off me and I didn't really feel like I got what i asked for. I was probably the last appointment of the day and i did feel like not a lot of effort was put in because i was using a voucher and because it was late.
I would go agian with another offer but this time i would be a bit more forceful about what i want!
