A very nice place, relaxing and laid back but with an air of purpose about it - and I really liked the time my stylist took to talk about what I wanted. I would definitely consider going back
The facilities were great- food/drinks/internet/magazines! however the offer didn't explain thoroughly that you would literally get 10 slices of colour in your hair which generally would look ridiculous and so they push for you to pay for more colour or a hair cut with it.
The haircut was great and excellent value. I am not sure that I got the extra 'treatment' that was part of the Wahanda deal but I wasn't worried about that. The staff were friendly and it was a very relaxing experience. I enjoyed it all very much.
Lisa Shepherd makes a trip to the hairdressers more enjoyable. There is a separate chill out area with drinks, snacks, magazines and two Apple laptops which customers can use to surf the net. The staff were very friendly and pleasant.
A lovely experience. Nice to sit and drink a glass of wine whilst waiting and the place has a great vibe, friendly staff and a nice cut and finish. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
