The beauty therapist was perfectly polite and did an okay job on my toes but she was very heavy handed with her tools, pressing hard on sensitive areas. My main issue is that she didn't file down the rough skin on my heels. I paid £30 for a pedicure and left with rough heels which was the main reason I booked this. I was very disappointed and have had to treat my heels myself at home. I had a much better experience on my precious visit with another therapist who left me with smooth heels.

Wasn’t given time to look at colours properly, and was told my usual colour wasn’t in stock. Overall okay work, informed when drill caused pain and noticed some gaps on the side of the nails where the gel has not been applied.
