I had booked a £30 gel manicure for my mum. Gopi gave her the £20 treatment (dry manicure) and when my mum asked what the difference was between the two, Gopi explained that the dry manicure doesn’t include soaking treatment. My mum informed Gopi that she did not provide the treatment that was booked and Gopi said she will refund the £10 - still waiting for this. Furthermore, within two days the nails had already started to chip.
