The lady who did my nails was very sweet, but unfortunately the service didn't match her kindness. The cuticle work was extremely painful, and a large piece of skin was removed from the side of my finger. The gel doesn't fully cover my natural nails, leaving visible gaps, and the extensions are unevenly shaped. I've had my nails done before and never experienced this. I left in pain and disappointed with the overall result.
