I booked haircut with wash and style for my husband via Treatwell. I have brought my husband to this place and mentioned that I have a booking on treatwell on my name at 20:20. Left my husband there alone. Stylist did not understand or speak English well, did not washed my husband's hair and then said to my husband to pay for his haircut although I have prepaid it. Honestly. Terrible service . The haircut is just a quick shave as well, to be honest. Never coming here again.
