I had my first treatment with Tom Hoyland last Tuesday. I found him an experienced, caring, thorough and holistic therapist. His reflexology treatment helped me to deeply relax, which was the main objective for me. Unexpectedly, it also helped me to reconnect with a meditative/let-go state I had been having difficulty accessing for a long time. Even more so, it released a flush of tension and bottled up emotions after the treatment. I have booked my next appointment already!
