The session started with a detailed brief of what could be expected during the treatment. From the initial prep to the last part of the session the practitioner was extremely informative and ensured that I understood what was happening. Patent care is obviously top of the list at this practice and other business could learn a lot from the practitioner (Tom Hoyland) about how to create a great customer experience. Felt fantastic and relaxed after the treatment.

Tom was very warm and welcoming. He took time to connect with me prior to the treatment to better understand and attune to my needs and sat with me afterward to help integrate.
I felt a very safe space was created for me to fully relax and go deeper into the experience, which allowed me to release a lot of stored emotions, which had been creating tension and pain in my body.
Highly recommend and I’ll definitely go back to Tom! Thank you, Aimee 😄
