Tom is unbelievably responsive and supportive to me as an individual patient. He thinks about and plans the treatment and is flexible about how it might help me. I am recovering from PTSD and his work on trauma is amazing.

The session started with a detailed brief of what could be expected during the treatment. From the initial prep to the last part of the session the practitioner was extremely informative and ensured that I understood what was happening. Patent care is obviously top of the list at this practice and other business could learn a lot from the practitioner (Tom Hoyland) about how to create a great customer experience. Felt fantastic and relaxed after the treatment.
