A great massage that helped me with tension and my general health. I’ll be sure to rebook as whilst I find massages stressful as I can be fearful of touch, he could see that I couldn’t quite relax and did everything he could to ground me and help me to feel safe. I think it will become a regular part of my self care to better wellbeing. Thank you!

It was my first ever time at Muswell Health as well as first time ever trying Reiki and I really loved it! Tom was incredible. Professional, kind, caring and felt really knowledgeable and explained very well what would happen. 10/10 would recommend!
