(By the way, my nail therapist was not Lily - I’ve been here three times and each time I’m booked with “Lily” and it’s a different person) The man doing my nails was grumpy and unfriendly. He was doing my manicure and pedicure and another woman’s manicure at the same time. He left my feet soaking for 20 mins in the tub at the start while he did her nails and started cutting my toe nails without asking me what shape and so they’re too short to have a shape now.
