We chatted a bit which was nice and she said that if one nail gets damaged within 2 weeks of the appointment, that I can come back and she'll fix it.

No patch for pain. Scary as hell.
Told her to give me a minute for the second ear after she pierced my first ear but she didn’t listen.
Sterility is something to be concerned too!
