Excellent - relaxing and I could see the difference after the facial

It was very nice. The staff were professional and efficient.
The venue was very clean
The only downside was a radio/phone playing outside the room quite loudly that I could hear the entire time while in the room over the much more relaxing - and quieter - music playing inside it
