Emma has always been lovely and professional at the same time. Makes sure you feel comfortable, makes sure you know what's happening, that you know how to follow up your treatment and anything else to make you feel comfortable with the process. She postponed my treatment for a few days because of the extreme heat which I am glad she did as she was looking after my health. She is also a pleasure to talk to.

She behaved with professionalism and integrity. Lovely calming music playing too! Couldn’t fault it and I will definitely go back for further treatments.
