My therapist was lovely and seemed to have good attention to detail but unfortunately, on both my thumbs we have bubbling/thickness issues which led to the BIAB not setting properly so during the treatment they had to redo my thumb and then after I had left I had a bubble on the other thumb so had to redo it myself sadly.
