I am shocked at how badly the treatment was done I have had LLT so many times so I know how it works ,and the procedure.
The lady left about 90 percent of the product in when you are only meant to leave 10 percent and then tried to straighten my hair almost completly wet. I did stop her and asked her to rinse it again I left with my hair in a complete mess
This is such an easy treatment to do its worrying that she had no idea . I know Yuko would be shocked if they knew this was how there treatments were being done

Painless, Clean and most hospitable….what more would u ask for….
I arrived 25min early for my appointment.
I was out within 20minutes…Underarms & 1/2 legs done.
Will be definately be returning.

I arrived 25 minutes early for my appointment….Hema was polite & most efficient…..i was in out with 20mins. I had 1/2 a leg wax plus underarm wax ….. Hema was quick,clean, & painless experience.

Had a haircut and threading. The lady is very helpful and professional. So much so that I am booked in for pedicure/ manicure and waxing next week. Very reasonable prices.
