The shop itself was so lovely, aswell as all the staff being accommodating and welcoming. I am very pleased with the whole treatment I received and love my hair cut. Will definitely be returning

Thought I'd give this new place a try as it's very local to me but the whole experience felt poor unfortunately. It began with the hairdresser fully straightening my hair (without even any heat protectant!!). I then had to stand up for the duration of my haircut which was very uncomfortable and unrelaxing. I also had to pay extra as apparently they class my hair as "long" length (previous salons I have been to have always classed my hair as medium length).
