The therapist is usually satisfactory but possibly because it was the day before Christmas Eve and she was busy, the wax was painful and hastily completed with lots of wax residue remaining after the treatment.

I had such a great experience at my eyebrow appointment! The technician was incredibly professional and took the time to listen to what I wanted. They shaped my brows perfectly to suit my face and paid great attention to detail. The space was clean, comfortable, and relaxing, which made the whole process so much more enjoyable. I’m really happy with the results – my brows look natural and well-groomed. I’ll definitely be coming back for touch-ups and recommending this place to friends!”
