Roxanne gave a great first impression of the business, explaining what the treatment involved and how it would work. After a consultation form, she showed me to the room and measured me, made sure I was comfortable, had refreshments and monitored me throughout treatment. It was my first visit and I would definitely return. We had a lovely chat and as a beauty therapist myself sometimes you feel really tense having someone else work on you, but Roxanne surpassed all expectations and made me feel at ease and although she was alone handled myself and another client well. I left very happy, with helpful aftercare, a half inch loss round my waist and another half inch was gone by the next day. Thank you for a lovely visit!
