Painful and long, I was surprised how bad my last appointment was. Great value but the waxing was too painful. I don't recommend it.

It was fine, very down to business. However the beautician was a little rude, pointing out my stretch marks and asking if I'd been fat before.....would advise them not to comment on customers appearance in the future!
