The email said I was booked in with Cosma but it was a different lady at the appointment (I assume an issue with treatwells booking system rather than the place!)
The lady who I had was fantastic, as it was my first wax she did an amazing job at putting me at ease and explaining the process, it was relaxed and an I had an easy time.
The place is nice and quiet, and easy to find.
