For the first time in my life I left a wax half way through. I had booked a hot wax. She started off using strip wax but moved on to using hot wax when I questioned her. The hot wax she used was not hot enough so it was painful when she was forcefully trying to spread a solid lump of it on me. I asked her about the heat of the wax and she seemed to think it was normal so I left. I have had waxes for over a decade and I have never been in pain from someone applying the wax before.
