I’ve been coming here for years, so it’s disappointing to say that this was the worst waxing experience I’ve had. The therapist took her time in a way that made the process much slower than usual, which unfortunately made it significantly more painful than any wax I’ve had before.
Although she asked if I was okay throughout the appointment, it didn’t feel like my discomfort was really being taken into account, as nothing changed to make the experience any easier or more comfortable.
