The wax was quick and not too painful despite having not been for a long time. The therapist was really kind and professional too. The venue was really quiet & I might have felt more relaxed with music or the radio but personal preference I guess. The only issue I had was that not all the hair was removed & some was just broken off so it didn't really last long at all.
